One on One Sessions

Experience the connection of a one-on-one yoga therapy session, designed specifically to your goals.  We work together to build a yoga therapy care plan that is personalized and unique. Much like a doctor who takes notes of all that was discussed at each visit, we document everything and formulate a care plan together, as a partnership. It is a written document that outlines the therapies we decide upon with visuals and detailed instructions. After each session your updated care plan will be sent to you via email.

As we move forward we will continue to discuss different types of yoga therapies to see what is the best fit for you and your lifestyle, and work together to evolve your care plan - making changes and adjustments along the way. The intent is to create a resource that you can use on your own and integrate into your lifestyle for years to come.
