About

I am a certified yoga therapist, educator, and instructor (C-IAYT, E-RYT, YACAP) with over a decade of experience. My journey began in 2012 when I became a certified yoga instructor, and since then, I have delved into yoga therapy and Ayurvedic therapies. Passionate and energetic, I firmly believe in the transformative power of yoga and its ability to cultivate awareness, healing, compassion, and strength.

Through firsthand experience, I have witnessed the profound impact of yoga and yoga therapies that have changed and improved not just my life but so many others. My mission is to educate, support, and empower individuals, helping them lead healthier, happier, and less stressful lives.

My experience is diverse - from teaching in yoga studios for adults and children, corporate settings, private clients to directing high school and medical clinic yoga therapy programs. Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, also plays a significant role in my practice, as I integrate its principles into my programs and my daily life. Furthermore, my work has been recognized in publications such as Yoga Therapy Today.

Beyond yoga, I find joy in hiking, cooking, attending concerts, volunteering in the community and cherishing quality time with my husband, two kids, family and friends. Traveling is also a favorite passion of mine.
